About the course

Have you been out for something to suddenly catch fire? Do you panic and make the situation worse or do you act rationally and do what is necessary to contain or extinguish the fire. We will have a conversation about which things are most often to blame for fires in the wind turbine and elsewhere, how you should react, what prerequisites are needed for a fire to occur, what you should not do and how best to extinguish or limit the fire , until the professionals can take over.

Objectives:

Extinguishing small fires with simple and improvised means. Demonstration of fire blankets, powder extinguishers and CO2 extinguishers. Fire prevention at your business and at home.

Fires must be extinguished, therefore firefighting is trained through practical exercises.

The purpose of the training is to give the student the knowledge and skills to be able to make alarms and step-by-step fire fighting using simple fire extinguishers, and taking into account their own safety.
